Come December and VenturePact Co-Founder Randy Rayess will be conducting a workshop at General Assembly.
This three-hour workshop will focus on various aspects of outsourcing and remote team management. The event, which is a must-attend for tech leaders working with remote teams, will see in attendance a variety of engineers, CTOs, and entrepreneurs looking to optimize their remote teams and their outsourced software engagements.
At the workshop Randy will touch upon key points like finding and retaining a good developer, specifying development requirements clearly and managing the software development process effectively. He will also share his personal experiences of managing a remote team.
