November 10 will see some of the most forward looking CTOs and engineering leaders gathering in Boston, MA, for the Boston CTO Summit 2014. Among those giving a presentation will be our very own Co-founder Randy Rayess!

Surrounded by peers and visionaries of the industry, Randy will be delivering a talk on ‘How to Manage Remote Software Development Teams’. He will focus on screening and managing remote teams.

Considering the growing demand of software development and the increasing popularity of working remotely, we’re guessing the audience will be all ears to discover how both can be combined successfully.

The summit will take place all day and will be a great platform for industry leaders to connect and learn from each other. Among those present at the Summit will be Raffi Krikorian, ex-VP Engineering Twitter, Elias Torres, ex VP Eng, Hubspot, Tim Buntel, VP Product, Cigital (ex Microsoft, Atlassian & Adobe), and Chris Stakutis, CTO Concord Software.

When asked how he felt about being invited to speak at such a prestigious event, Randy said, “I am excited to present some of our key takeaways running a remote team and helping other companies build remote teams. Also I am looking forward to hearing from Raffi and Tim on their experience leading tech teams at large companies like Microsoft, Twitter, and Adobe.”
