VenturePact Co-Founder Randy Rayess has been invited to be a part of an exciting General Assembly Meetup – Dev Shops: Let’s Break It Down.
The meetup will be held on February 4, 2015 in New York City and will see some of the brightest minds from the startup world come together. Some big names on the speakers panel of the event include Debbie Madden from Stride and Rameet Chawla of Fueled.
At the event, which is themed around dev shops, Randy will share his personal opinions and experiences of working with hundreds of dev shops globally. He will put forward his insights about finding the right dev shops, understanding the way they work and the future of dev shops in the tech industry.
Considering the ever-increasing demand of tech talent across industries, we are sure this event will get an overwhelming response from developers and entrepreneurs alike.
“If we look at the widening gap between the demand for tech talent and its limited availability, the role and importance of good dev shops becomes clear. Dev shops can either be the backbone of a startup or pull them down – it’s all about choosing the right development team”, said Randy, when asked about how important is it for entrepreneurs to be informed about dev shops.
The workshop will happen this Wednesday. So if you are entrepreneur planning to hire a development or a talented professional looking to break into the industry, this event is the ‘go-to’ place for you.
UPDATE:
The General Assembly Dev Shops: Let’s Break It Down Meetup was indeed a ground-breaking event. Randy, along with other young entrepreneurs, shared his insights with those present at the meetup. Everyone had a great time listening to each others experiences with Dev Shops and exchanging opinions.
